This position is very urgent, we need candidates that are either immediatly available or on no more than one weeks notice. Part of a team which owns and manages service delivery performance for the assigned account. Candidate will interfaces directly with the clients and also with internal departments to ensure performance meets contracted SLAs. Will research and drive performance and margin improvement initiatives by analysing call data to reduce failure rate or improve service methodology.. Proven experience in a service delivery environment. Knowledge*use of MS Office applications, in particular Excel.
